According to E-Health Europe, a new coalition has been launched to help patients have access to their electronic health records. Patient advocates, US Doctors, Software vendors and bloggers have released the Declaration of Rights at the Health Data Rights website. Visitors to the site are asked to endorse these rights upon entrance to the site. The Health Data Rights believe that people should:
